“I’m about to send 10 tweets about Twitter.” That’s how Evan Williams @ev, CEO of Twitter, starts the teasing tweet countdown for the launch of the new Twitter. A good sample of how a message can be spread into different consecutive tweets.

My favorite, between the 10 points, is: “Twitter levels the playing field between creators and consumers of content.” which embodies the real essence of social media.

This is a good promotional tweet because gives a good reason to followers to go to the stores, takes advantage of the awareness of the local sport event of the day, and uses their brand testimonial (Chicago Bears wide receiver Devin Hester) in a cool way.
